Your Qualifications
We have an immediate opening for an individual who meets the following requirements:
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in Identity Management, Access Management, Provisioning, and/or SSO
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- LDAP directory knowledge
- A self-starter with the ability to work both in a team environment and independently
- Interest in Oracle and / or Sun Microsystems Identity Management products
- Strong consulting, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel and work in Canada and the US
Experience working with Oracle Identity Management and/or Sun IdM would be a definite asset.
Job Description
As a consultant, you will work to architect solutions that fill the gap between our client requirements and the identity management product they have selected to implement. You will work with the Nulli team to gather requirements and provide an architectural solution to a problem or set of problems. This may involve installing, configuring and customizing identity management products. Our client base is large corporations, governments and institutions located throughout Canada and the US. Travel may be required. The ability to work in both Canada and the US is preferred.
We have carefully developed a team that is highly motivated, lots of fun to work and play with and very dedicated to the overall success of Nulli Secundus and our clients. You will be provided with in-house and external training, as required. We work closely with one another, constantly sharing ideas and knowledge.
You do not have to know everything about our technologies but if you have a niche that fits with ours we’ll invest in you through training, whether it is via in-house or external training courses.

Your Qualifications

- At least 3 years experience with PeopleSoft HCM (HRMS) and PeopleTools
- Deep technical knowledge and broad functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS (HCM)
- Ability to assess and articulate the unique needs and business challenges of a client
- A self-starter with the ability to work both in a team environment and independently
- Strong consulting, communication and interpersonal skills
- Post secondary degree is preferred
Serious consideration will also be given to individuals with strong JD Edwards HR / Payroll qualifications. PeopleSoft training will be provided as required.

What is PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM)?
The HR function is still to a large degree administrative and common to all organizations. To varying degrees, most organizations have formalised selection, evaluation, and payroll processes. Efficient and effective management of the "Human Capital" Pool has become an increasingly imperative and complex activity to all HR professionals. The HR function consists of tracking innumerable data points on each employee, from personal histories, data, skills, capabilities, to payroll records. Large organizations use PeopleSoft HCM to reduce the manual workload of these administrative activities.
