    Job Description
    As a PeopleSoft HR and Payroll System consultant within our Human Information Practice, you will work to design and implement solutions that satisfy our clients' PeopleSoft Human Capital Mamangement (HCM) requirements. The varied dimensions of your work experience at Nulli include:

    •     Working with our clients at any stage of their PeopleSoft HCM project lifecycle, from requirements definition and analysis, design and customization to ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
    •     Utilizing your strong functional and technical PeopleSoft skills and experience to help in our clients' success.
    •     Recommending functional/technical strategies and solutions to support the client's business requirements.
    •     Installing, configuring, customizing and supporting various components of the PeopleSoft HCM application.
    •     Development and use of Oracle Fusion skills and knowledge.
    •     Building successful, long-term client relationships.
    •     Sharing your expertise with other Nulli team members.
    •     Some travelling may be required; in the best interests of both our employees and our clients, we work hard to minimize travel.
       

    Your Qualifications
    We are looking for a keen individual who has the following qualifications and more:

    •     At least 5 years experience with PeopleSoft HCM (HRMS) and PeopleTools (version 9).
    •     Deep technical knowledge and broad functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM
    •     Ability to assess and articulate the unique needs and business challenges of a client.
    •     A self-starter with the ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
    •     Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    •     Post secondary degree

  • Identity Management Consultant

    Job Description

    As a consultant, you will work to design and implement solutions that satisfy our clients’ Identity Management requirements.

    The varied dimensions of your work experience at Nulli include:

    • Working with our client base, consisting of large corporations, governments and institutions located in both Canada and the US.
    • Having a thorough understanding of our client’s business processes as they relate to their security controls and policies.
    • Recommending strategies and solutions to support these needs.
    • Installing, configuring and customizing various Identity Management products. 
    • Building successful, long term client relationships.
    • Contributing innovation and challenging the status quo.
    • Sharing your expertise with other Nulli team members.
    • Actively mentoring other team members.
    • Recommending new product opportunities to Nulli management.
    • Learning new technologies as the Identity Management field evolves.
    • Travelling as required; in the best interests of both our employees and our clients, we work hard to minimize travel.

    Your Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years current technical working experience in the Identity Management field
    • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or equivalent
    • Creative analytical skills; ability to build innovative solutions, thinking “outside the box”
    • Superior programming ability
    • Exceptional 'People' skills - consulting, communication and interpersonal
    • Self-motivated team player
    • Ability to work in both Canada and the US (Canadian Citizenship or American Citizenship with permits to work in Canada.)

    We would greatly value any of the following:

    • Experience in the Oracle Identity product lines
    • Experience in the ForgeRock stack (OpenAM, OpenDJ, OpenIDM)
    • Strong Java skills
    • Deep LDAP directory knowledge
    • Web Server configuration - Oracle HTTP Server, Apache, IIS
    • Weblogic, BPEL, OpenSSO, OpenDS, Javascript
    • Virtual Directories
