Dave Duffield (Founder of PeopleSoft and WorkDay) taught us, early in our story, to engage with employees, prospects, customers and peers in a "win-win" process. Business success, as with any other human endeavor, depends upon the quality of the underlying relationships.

Partnerships are successful when the people who are involved are engaged and supportive of one another. This means that there is a need for committed time and dedicated communication to make a partnership successful for all involved.
