Nulli Secundus has extensive experience implementing, upgrading and customizing the PeopleSoft HCM (Human Capital Management) application. We have been implementing PeopleSoft HCM (formerly Human Resources) since the first version in 1989. We have successfully led many system implementations which have included conversion of legacy data, version upgrades (particularly from 7.x to 8.x), product module implementations (Competencies, Stock Admin), and we have designed and developed many customizations (directory interfaces, payroll interfaces, time entry systems, employee self service, benefits interfaces). We are familiar with both old and new PeopleTools technology and have considerable depth in PeopleCode, Application Messaging, Application Engine, Business Interlinks and Component Interfaces. We are also well versed in the underlying open source technologies supporting PeopleSoft's new integration initiatives. We have recently gained experience working with the PeopleSoft CRM application, specifically with the Sales module and developing a directory interface based on the PDI (PeopleSoft Directory Interface).
